My son purchased a mattress at the Sleep Dr. on 28th street in Grand Rapids, Mi. (Kentwood store)and we were told that there was no trial period for the mattress due to the bed bug epidemic. After ninty days we saw an add in the newspaper that stated there is a ninety day trial period. We contacted the salesman ,who is the regional manager, and were told we did not ask the right questions at the time of purchase. My son knew with in the first week that the mattress was not going to work for him, but due to the conversations with the salesperson did nothing until it was to late. His Dr. told him that he has to have a new mattress due to waking up in pain every morning.
